Festival of Science and Arts
The University of Maribor Festival of Science and Arts – FestUM was conceived as an annual celebration of research, creativity and new discoveries. It brings together the diverse strands of scientific and artistic research conducted at the University, connects researchers, artists and students, and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and the exchange of ideas. FestUM is evolving into the University’s flagship festival of science and the arts, strengthening the visibility of its achievements and creating new opportunities for engagement between the academic community and wider society. We aim to continue enhancing the festival’s programme and developing FestUM as a distinctive platform that brings together science, the arts, education and society.
