Launch attempt of the TRISAT-S satellite scheduled for today
Today in the evening, a launch of the Spectrum launch vehicle operated by Isar Aerospace is scheduled, carrying the Slovenian satellite TRISAT-S as part of the payload. Liftoff will happen from the Orbital Launch Pad at Andøya Spaceport in Norway.

TRISAT-S is an institutional, non-commercial satellite mission led by the University of Maribor in cooperation with the Slovenian space company SkyLabs. The mission represents a continuation of Slovenia’s involvement in international space activities and advanced space technology development.
Today’s flight marks the second orbital launch attempt of the Spectrum launch vehicle. Early flights of new launch systems are inherently associated with higher risk and are a normal part of launcher development within the global space sector.
The outcome of the launch attempt will be communicated in a separate follow-up announcement once official information is available from the launch operator.
