The Project Consortium developed tools to carry out interviews with entrepreneurs, including a set of questions that allowed the partners to find out the most critical elements characterizing the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship in different cases.
Partners of the international strategic partnership project for adult education Let's Guide!, represented and managed in Slovenia by the University of Maribor, aim to provide the place for unemployed adults to develop basic and practical entrepreneurial skills in the form of an interactive online training programme. Since the beginning of the project in September 2016, partners have been working to collect the most significant entrepreneurship stories that could be of relevance at different national levels. Through these activities, the partners were able to successfully identify the prerequisite entrepreneurial skills and competences to be included in interactive learning scenarios, as defined by the next project IO. The process resulted in 20 video interviews, which are now available on the project website and YouTube channel.
While working to identify stories to be shared, the Consortium also developed tools to carry out interviews, including a set of questions that allowed the partners to find out the most critical elements characterizing the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship in different cases. Once the entrepreneurs to be interviewed were selected, partners moved to conducting the interviews and video post-production activities.
