2nd Application Period (13.-15. 9.2017)

On September 13 2017 the application into Postgraduate Study Programmes of the University of Maribor will be open again. The second application period will take place from 13 until 15 of September 2017.

In the second applications, the following candidates may submit an application:

(1) those who did not apply in the first application period;

(2) those who were not admitted in the first application period;

(3) those who, in the first application period, applied for a postgraduate programme that will not be implemented (or in this moment, we have no information should the programme be implemented or not).

In the second application period, candidates wishing to enrol in programmes implemented as a part-time mode of study may also submit an application.

Candidates must submit their application for enrolment in postgraduate programmes of the University of Maribor via the eVŠ internet portal available at: eVŠ.

In the second application period, candidates may apply in the same manner as in the first period. However, in the second application period, candidates may submit a maximum of one application – each entry in eVŠ shall be considered one application (irrespective of study track, mode of study, etc.). If a candidate tries to submit a second application (or more), an automatic warning will appear and the application will not be submitted. Until expiry of the deadline, candidates may modify or delete their applications. Candidates receive an email confirmation for each alteration made (to the email address indicated in the application form).

Candidates may submit the application in two ways – with a digital (security) certificate or with their user name and password.

Candidates applying with a qualified digital certificate are not required to send the printed form by post. Timely applications are considered those applications that are completed, electronically signed and submitted in eVŠ by means of the qualified digital certificate by 15 September 2017. Only the required supporting documents must be submitted to the relevant faculty implementing the programme.

If candidates are applying without a digital certificate (with user name and password), the application form must be electronically submitted via eVŠ by 15 September 2017 at the latest, then printed, signed and delivered by hand or registered mail to the relevant faculty implementing the programme (the address can be found in the upper left corner of the application window) within five days after expiry of the deadline for submitting applications via eVŠ. After the expiry of the deadline, it is no longer possible to submit an application.

The following applications shall be considered timely:

  1. Applications completed, electronically signed and submitted in eVŠ by 15 September 2017.
  2. Applications submitted via eVŠ by 15 September 2017, printed in the same text as the last application submitted in eVŠ, signed and delivered by hand or registered mail to the faculty implementing the programme by 20 September 2017.

NOTE

The application is valid only if the candidate pressed the SUBMIT button in eVŠ. In the opposite case, the application will not be submitted and will thus be rejected by means of an official decision. Before completing the application procedure, candidates are advised to verify whether the application has indeed been submitted. Candidates receive an email notification of the successful application to the email address indicated in the application form.

Irrespective of the mode of application, enclosures to the application must be sent by registered mail or delivered by hand to the faculty implementing the programme. Candidates will be informed of the required enclosures and the deadline for their submission by the relevant faculty.

NOTE

2ND OPENING DATE OF APPLICATIONS: from 13 September to 15 September 2017.

Last date for online submission of applications via eVŠ: 15 September 2017.

After 15 September 2017, it will no longer be possible to change or delete applications. In the second application period, candidates may submit a maximum of one application.
